Calee is an Australian calendar and coordination platform developed by My Calee Pty Ltd. It started with a family problem at our own kitchen bench, and has grown into a platform for households and organisations that need the right dates visible to the right people.

Why Calee exists
It started at our kitchen bench.
How it started
Calee started the way most family projects do: at the kitchen bench, after another week of double-booked weekends, forgotten school notes and “I thought you were picking them up”.
We tried the wall calendar, the group chat and the shared app. Each one worked only as long as someone remembered to check it, and the whole plan still lived in one person’s head.
So we built the thing we actually wanted ourselves: one calm screen in the middle of the home showing the household the plan, with a mobile app for managing it on the go.
What Calee became
The same problem turns up outside the house. A school has term dates, events and year-level activities. A sporting club has training, fixtures and grading. A business has staff calendars, site dates and programs. In every case the dates already exist — getting them in front of the right people is the hard part.
So Calee grew. The household product is still here, and still the reason we started. The same platform now also lets an organisation structure the calendars it runs on and publish each one to the audience it belongs to.
You don’t need everyone to become more organised. You need the important stuff to be visible.
How Calee is used
One Calee. Two ways to use it.
Households and organisations have the same underlying coordination problem, and both are part of the wider Calee platform — used in different ways.
For families
Calee Home is the household experience. Families use it to bring everyday calendars and planning together in one place, so the week is visible to everyone who is in it.

For organisations

- People follow what applies to them in the Calee mobile app, on the web, or in the calendar app they already use
- A shared Calee Display is optional, for places where a persistent view in the room helps

Not sure which applies? Calee Business is the standard starting point when the standard organisational platform can meet the requirement. Schools and sporting clubs have packaged solutions built on it, while Calee Enterprise is for requirements that need a project agreement — being a large organisation does not by itself make it an Enterprise project.
