We already publish calendar links.
Calee gives families one place to follow the combination that applies to them — whole school, year group, activities and other calendars — alongside the rest of family life.
Standard calendar subscription links can still be used; Calee adds the organised school-to-family experience around them.
We already have a parent app.
Keep it. Calee does not replace your parent app, SIS, LMS, website or newsletter.
It helps the dates families need become part of everyday family planning instead of remaining inside one school channel.
Where your school already has a compatible calendar feed, it can be connected. Where it does not, that does not prevent a pilot.

One school. One annual licence. No per-user charges.
Available to the first 10 schools that enter a Foundation School agreement.

- Standard onboarding: one setup session and configuration of the agreed school calendar structure, including connection or import from an existing compatible calendar source where available

Your annual licence can start small. Our default pilot starts with one cohort or program for one term. If your existing calendar structure makes a broader school pilot simpler, we agree that with you before setup.
Plan around your school year: run the agreed pilot for a term, then decide whether to expand.

Do families need to buy a Calee Display?
No. Families can follow school calendars in the Calee mobile app. Calendars shared through a public follow link can be added in Guest mode, up to five without an account; a display adds the shared household view.
Can families follow only the calendars relevant to them?
Yes. Calendars can be organised by audience — whole school, year groups, classes, teams, activities — with the structure agreed with your school.
What happens when an event changes?
Update the event once at the source. Families following that calendar see the revised event when the followed calendar refreshes, so no one has to type it in again. For urgent or same-day changes, keep using your school’s normal direct communication channel.
